Polytan LigaGrass Pro in the Elsdorf stadium
The turf in the town-centre stadium in Elsdorf has been replaced by a synthetic pitch as part of a comprehensive redevelopment programme. The stadium needed to be modernised because the sports facilities dated back to the 1950s. Our LigaGrass Pro textured synthetic surface with CoolPlus function was installed, while the surrounding ash running track was replaced by our Rekortan M in brick red. The stadium revamp will be completed with a long-jump area at the top end of the pitch, with the opposite segment featuring a mini pitch for youth football, likewise laid with synthetic turf.
