With over 50 years of experience in the installation of sport surfaces, Polytan stands for comprehensive expertise and innovation. We are a one-stop shop for all your padel needs – whether you are looking for complete system solutions or merely individual components such as an elastic layer or synthetic turf. Our products are developed in close collaboration with athletes and padel court operators to ensure they meet the highest athletic standards. We also offer specialised services, such as the structural calculation of foundations that are specially adapted to their respective wind load zones.
Additionally, we provide customized concepts for the conversion of existing clay tennis courts into modern padel courts.
We create space for your game
As leading experts with many years of experience in padel courts, Polytan opts not to use the typical hard concrete substructure. Instead, we employ an innovative, shock-absorbing substructure system. Our Laykold Padel ET combines outstanding properties in terms of shock absorption, water permeability, and durability for a first-class playing experience. With our in-depth know-how, we construct padel courts in accordance with the currently established technical regulations and implement the highest quality standards in Germany.
Our extensive experience also comes into play in the maintenance of the padel courts, ensuring long-lasting quality and performance. The construction method we implement was developed in collaboration with leading engineering firms and complies with the latest technical specifications.

Polytan stands for quality and sustainability: values that we hold our suppliers to. Accordingly, all our courts fulfil the following minimum standards:
- Corner profiles with a metal thickness of at least 3 mm
- Metal construction in hot-dipped galvanised steel
- Stainless steel screw connections
- Certified 6+6 mm laminated glass
- Structurally tested for wind load zones 1–4
- CE marking in accordance with Standard EN 1090
- 10-year warranty
Laykold Padel Classic
Laykold Padel Classic is the perfect entry point into the padel world because it offers maximum enjoyment of the game. Our Classic model can be extended with high-quality LED lighting (8 floodlights), entrance doors, protective padding for the net and entrance posts, and extra synthetic turf for the run-off area.

Laykold Padel Panoramic
Laykold Padel Panoramic features a minimalistic design without inner metal posts. This gives spectators a clear, unobstructed view with optimally staged gameplay. Our Panoramic model can be extended with high-quality LED lighting (8 floodlights), entrance doors, protective padding for the net and entrance posts, as well as extra synthetic turf for the run-off area.
Laykold Padel Turf
Specially designed for the requirements of padel, this recyclable synthetic turf scores highly with optimal playing properties and maximum performance for athletes.

- Playing speed can be individually adjusted based on quantity of sand infill

Substructure revolutionised:
Laykold Padel ET
This functional and sustainable substructure for padel playing fields was developed in collaboration with players and engineers to achieve optimal performance for athletes. Its state-of-the-art construction is based on DIN 18035-7 for synthetic turf.
Benefits:
- Water-permeability of ≥ 35.000 mm/h means play can quickly be resumed after rainfall
- With a shock absorption value of 24 %, Laykold Padel ET is considerably easier on the joints than concrete or asphalt
- Sustainable thanks to the use of recycled material and a lifespan of over 35 years
