Emerging from the DFB initiative “1,000 Mini Pitches for Germany” launched in 2007, Polytan has been a partner and general contractor for the construction of mini pitches from the very beginning.

The perfect base for perfect play conditions: a Polytan elastic layer for the artificial turf is laid on the substructure provided by the customer in accordance with DIN 18035, while foundations for perimeterstability are also installed. This achieves the necessary shock absorption for improved safety protection, especially of the joints. Unlike hard gravel pitches, poorly maintained natural grass pitches, or street play on asphalt, the mini pitches provide health benefits while offering enhanced comfort and agreeable running characteristics, as well as “soft” landings during falls or fouls. Thanks to the elastic layer, superior shock absorption and maximum playing enjoyment are guaranteed, ensuring a high-quality, durable football experience.

Supplemented by our high-performing synthetic surfaces, our mini-pitches are also suitable for sports such as basketball, handball, badminton, volleyball, or hockey.

We install all mini pitches on a turnkey basis. Furthermore, a wide range of special equipment is available, e.g. for basketball, volleyball and other sports, as well as high-quality LED floodlight systems for use in the evening hours.
When it comes to safety, there is no compromise. All PolyPlay Arena mini pitches meet the DIN EN 15312 standard for freely accessible multisport equipment and offer the highest level of safety for young players and old alike. Many of the products on offer are internationally certified.
