The LigaTurf Cross GT zero is the world's first CO2-neutral artificial turf for football and climate protection without compromise. Developed for perfect play characteristics, maximum sustainability, and 100% climate neutrality, confirmed by the independent sustainability consultancy Fokus Zukunft. This symbiosis is made possible by a new manufacturing process and the use of a bio-based plastic from sustainable agriculture.
In the turf system, the smooth LigaTurf RS+ filaments provide perfect, natural grass-like play characteristics combined with a fresh appearance and pleasant feel. The crimped LigaGrass Pro filaments permanently fix the infill material, prevent the splash effect, and reduce the amount of infill granulate needed. The integration of the latest Polytan PolyCoat PU backing with TuftGuard function ensures additional tuft stability and pull-out resistance. At the same time, the material and energy requirements in the coating process are reduced, while the recyclability of the turf system is increased.
